1.State Official at the line – calls out place, school and time
2.Recorder working with state official – (Krista Massey and her mother) records on Results Sheet, then takes Results Sheet to the Race Table the recording of names, as finish cards are presented.
3.Race Tables (Mrs Sloan, Christine Butler and her sister) – receives the Results sheets from the recorder, then receives finish cards from the athletes and combines the information on the Results Sheet.
*Note: There will be 3 tables, one for each race. Each of the three ladies will be assigned one race to receive names and record.
4.Distribution of medals – (Mr. Piccioni, along with Kelli Manski) 2nd through 20th place in the HS boys/girls races;  Top 15 boys and top 15 girls in the Middle School race receive medals.
5.Traffic Control at Driveways – (East Driveway - Mr. Sloan for Boys race; Mr Muffley for Girls race, Mr Waterman – West Driveway)
6.Crowd Control in Finnish Area – (Mr. Mercoli)
7.Course Directions during Middle School race – CRHS Boys Team
8.Course Clean up of markers/cones/flags – CRHS boys/Girls team
